Definitions
In this document the following terms have the following meanings: • Seller: the trader operating this shop, whose full registration details are given in the identity block at the top of this page and on the Contact page. The Seller is a party to the contract of sale. • Shop: the website served at this address, through which the Seller sells at a distance. • Buyer: any person placing an Order. • Consumer: a natural person concluding a contract with the Seller that is not directly connected with their business or professional activity (art. 22[1] of the Polish Civil Code). • Trader with consumer rights: a natural person running a business who concludes a contract directly connected with that business where the contract is plainly not of a professional character for them. Such a person has the rights of a Consumer to the extent set out in the Polish Consumer Rights Act; wherever this document says Consumer, those provisions apply accordingly. • Goods: a movable item presented in the Shop and forming the subject of a contract of sale. • Order: the Buyer's declaration of intent aimed directly at concluding a contract of sale, made through the order form in the Shop. • Contract of sale: a distance contract between the Seller and the Buyer, on the terms of the Order and of this document. • Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.
General provisions and technical requirements
This document sets out how the Shop is used, how Orders are placed, how contracts of sale are concluded and performed, the right of withdrawal, and how complaints are handled. The party to every contract of sale concluded in the Shop is the Seller identified on the Contact page. To use the Shop you need: • a device with access to the internet, • a current web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, • a working email address, to which the Seller sends confirmations and correspondence about the Order. Using the Shop is voluntary. The Buyer must not supply unlawful content and must not act in a way that disrupts the Shop's operation. The Seller charges nothing for use of the Shop itself; the Buyer bears their own data transmission costs under their agreement with their telecommunications provider. The Seller takes care to keep the Shop available and reserves the right to short technical interruptions needed for maintenance or updates.
Conclusion of the contract of sale
The presentation of Goods in the Shop, with a price and a description, is an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of art. 71 of the Polish Civil Code, not an offer. An Order is placed in the following steps: 1. adding the chosen Goods to the basket, 2. completing the order form with the details needed for delivery and contact, 3. choosing the delivery method and the payment method, 4. checking the Order summary, in which the Seller presents the total price including taxes and the delivery cost, 5. confirming the Order using the button marked as placing an order with an obligation to pay. Placing an Order is the Buyer's offer. The contract of sale is concluded at the moment the Seller confirms acceptance of the Order in a message sent to the email address given by the Buyer. That confirmation states the Order number, the list of Goods, the total price, the chosen delivery and payment methods, and records the terms of the contract on a durable medium. Where the Seller cannot accept the Order in whole or in part, in particular because the Goods are unavailable, the Seller informs the Buyer without undue delay and refunds any payment received in respect of the part not accepted.
Prices and payment methods
All prices shown in the Shop are gross prices in the currency stated with the Goods and include the taxes due. The price of the Goods does not include the delivery cost, which is stated separately before the Order is placed. The total amount payable is shown in the Order summary. The payment methods available for a given Order are presented at checkout. Online payment is handled by an external payment service provider, to whose page the Buyer is redirected; the Seller neither receives nor stores full payment card details. Where the Seller offers payment on delivery, that option and any surcharge are shown when the payment method is chosen. Price reductions. The lowest price in the previous 30 days: whenever a reduction in the price of Goods is announced, the Seller states, alongside the reduced price, the lowest price for those Goods that applied during the 30 days before the reduction was introduced. Where the Goods have been offered for sale for less than 30 days, the Seller states the lowest price that applied from the day those Goods were first offered until the day the reduction was introduced. This obligation follows from art. 4(2)–(3) of the Polish Act on informing about the prices of goods and services, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/2161 (the Omnibus Directive). A sales document (receipt or invoice) is issued in accordance with the applicable rules and is supplied with the Goods or sent to the email address provided.
Withdrawal from the contract
A Consumer, and a Trader with consumer rights, may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving a reason and without costs other than those set out below. The period runs from the day the Buyer, or a third party they nominate other than the carrier, takes possession of the Goods, and where a contract covers several items delivered separately, from taking possession of the last of them. How to withdraw: before the deadline, send the Seller an unambiguous statement, by email to the address given on the Contact page, or by post to the Seller's registered address given on the Contact page. Sending the statement before the deadline is enough to meet it. You may use the template below, but you are not required to: • To: the Seller, details on the Contact page • I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract of sale of the following goods: … • Order number: … • Date of contract / date of receipt: … • Consumer's name and address: … • Date (and signature if you send this on paper) The Seller refunds all payments received, including the cost of delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement. If the Buyer chose a delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary one offered by the Seller, the Seller does not refund the additional cost arising from that choice. The refund is made using the same means of payment unless the Buyer agrees otherwise. The Seller may withhold the refund until the Goods are received back, or until the Buyer supplies proof of return. Return the Goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal, to the Seller's registered address given on the Contact page. The Buyer bears the direct cost of returning the Goods. The Buyer is liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases listed in art. 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, in particular where the Goods are supplied sealed and cannot be returned after opening for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal was broken after delivery, and where the Goods were made to the Consumer's specification or clearly personalised.
Out-of-court dispute resolution
A Consumer may use out-of-court procedures for handling complaints and pursuing claims. In particular, a consumer may: • apply to the permanent consumer arbitration court at the regional Trade Inspectorate for a ruling, • apply to the regional Trade Inspector to open mediation proceedings, • use the free assistance of the district (municipal) consumer ombudsman, or of an association whose statutory tasks include consumer protection. The register of bodies entitled to resolve consumer disputes out of court is kept by the President of UOKiK: https://polubowne.uokik.gov.pl/pytania-i-odpowiedzi,6,pl.html For cross-border disputes within the European Union, the European Consumer Centre gives free assistance: https://konsument.gov.pl The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and no longer accepts submissions. Please use the routes listed above. Using an out-of-court procedure is voluntary for both sides and does not deprive the Consumer of the right to bring a claim before a court.
Product reviews
The Seller does not operate a purchase-verified review system in this Shop and does not publish reviews attributed to a particular item of Goods as coming from its buyers. Material presented on the Shop's pages, including illustrative or brand statements, is not a verified consumer review within the meaning of art. 12(1)(22) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act and should not be read as an assessment of the Goods given by a person who bought or used them. The Seller does not commission, buy or publish false or sponsored reviews. Should the Seller introduce a review system in future, this section will state whether and how it verifies that reviews come from buyers.
Final provisions
Contracts concluded in the Shop are governed by Polish law. That choice does not deprive a Consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of their country of habitual residence (art. 6 of the Rome I Regulation). Amendments: the Seller may change this document, in particular where the law changes, where delivery or payment methods change, or where the scope of the Shop's services changes. A change takes effect on the day it is published in the Shop. Orders placed before a change takes effect are governed by the version of this document in force on the day the Order was placed. Where a change concerns a service supplied on a continuing basis, a Buyer's account or the newsletter, the Seller notifies registered users at the email address given at least 14 days before the change takes effect; a user who does not accept the change may cancel the service with immediate effect within that period. Disputes are settled by the court having jurisdiction under the Polish Code of Civil Procedure. A Consumer may also bring a claim before the court for their place of residence. If any provision of this document is held invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions stay in force, and the relevant rule of law applies in place of the invalid provision. Nothing in this document limits a Consumer's rights under mandatory law; where there is a conflict, the law prevails. The current version of this document is always available at this address and can be downloaded, saved and reproduced using a web browser.
