Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you possess the right to withdraw from this contract without providing any reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You may use the model withdrawal form, though it is not obligatory.
Conditions for Product Returns
Returned products must be in an undamaged, unused condition, within their original, sealed packaging. This is particularly crucial for cosmetics and perfumes due to hygiene considerations and the preservation of product integrity. Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return. Please ensure the return package is carefully secured to prevent damage during transit.
Return Procedure and Refund
Upon receipt of your withdrawal notification, please return the goods without undue delay to the specified address, no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Once the returned goods have been received and verified, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Complaints, goods not conforming to the contract
The Seller is liable to the Consumer for Goods not conforming to the contract, on the terms of chapter 5a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. That liability covers non-conformity existing at the time of delivery and revealed within two years of it. Non-conformity revealed within two years of delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. How to file a complaint: • by email to the address given on the Contact page, or • in writing to the Seller's registered address given on the Contact page. Please state your Order number, the name of the Goods, a description of the non-conformity, and what you are asking for: repair or replacement, or, where those are impossible or would require disproportionate cost, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receiving it. No response within that period means the complaint is deemed justified. The Buyer makes the Goods available to the Seller, and the Seller collects them at the Seller's own expense. The cost of repair or replacement, including postage, is borne by the Seller. Where a price reduction or withdrawal applies, the refund is made no later than 14 days from receiving the Consumer's statement.
Out-of-court dispute resolution
A Consumer may use out-of-court procedures for handling complaints and pursuing claims. In particular, a consumer may: • apply to the permanent consumer arbitration court at the regional Trade Inspectorate for a ruling, • apply to the regional Trade Inspector to open mediation proceedings, • use the free assistance of the district (municipal) consumer ombudsman, or of an association whose statutory tasks include consumer protection. The register of bodies entitled to resolve consumer disputes out of court is kept by the President of UOKiK: https://polubowne.uokik.gov.pl/pytania-i-odpowiedzi,6,pl.html For cross-border disputes within the European Union, the European Consumer Centre gives free assistance: https://konsument.gov.pl The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and no longer accepts submissions. Please use the routes listed above. Using an out-of-court procedure is voluntary for both sides and does not deprive the Consumer of the right to bring a claim before a court.
